This website and all related programs, products, and services are operated by Media Rookies World, LLC.  iNSPIRED tHINKER Rookie is a children’s educational and creative brand operated under Media Rookies World, LLC

By visiting our website, enrolling in services, purchasing physical or digital products, or submitting content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), including all policies referenced herein.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & PARENTAL CONSENT

Our services are designed for children ages 5–10 and may only be used with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By enrolling a child, making a purchase, or allowing a child to participate in any Media Rookies World, LLC activity, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the child’s parent or legal guardian

• You have the legal authority to agree to these Terms on the child’s behalf

• You accept full responsibility for the child’s participation and conduct

Children may not independently create accounts, make purchases, or submit content.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS, PURCHASES & SERVICES

We offer the following through our website:

• Physical products (including clothing, accessories, and merchandise)

• Digital products (including downloadable coloring sheets and educational materials)

• Educational and tutoring services

• Creative art submission opportunities

All purchases are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

Digital Downloads

• Digital products are non-refundable once delivered

• Download links are for personal, non-commercial use only

• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing digital files is prohibited

Physical Products

• Apparel and accessories may be fulfilled via in-house or print-on-demand

• Shipping times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy

Educational & Tutoring Services

• Services are educational in nature and do not guarantee academic outcomes

• We do not provide medical, psychological, or special education services

• Participation does not create a teacher-student legal relationship

• All tutoring and enrichment instruction will be delivered by highly qualified teachers in the state of Alabama.

• The iNSPIRED tHINKER Rookie, "Kinsey-Beth" may participate in tutoring sessions to engage and support learners, such denial must be submitted in writing by the parent/ legal guardian.

SECTION 3 – CREATIVE ART SUBMISSIONS

We offer a Creative Art Submission Program, which may include:

• Purchase of a digital coloring sheet (e.g., $1 download) by parent or legal guardian

• Completion and submission of the artwork by the parent or legal guardian

• Optional consideration for judging or gallery display on our website

Submission Guidelines

By submitting artwork, the parent or guardian agrees that:

• The artwork is original and created by the child

• Submission does not guarantee selection, judging, or display

• We may display selected artwork on our website or platforms

Child Identification

For privacy and safety:

• Children will be identified only by first, last initial and age

• No full names, contact information, or personal identifiers will be displayed

License to Use Artwork

By submitting, uploading, or sharing any artwork, drawings, or creative content with us, you grant Media Rookies World, LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, publicly display, and distribute your submitted artwork.

Media Rookies World, LLC will only use this artwork for promotional, educational, or gallery purposes related to the iNSPIRED tHINKER Rookie brand and its ecosystem. You retain all original ownership rights to your artwork, but you agree that Media Rookies World, LLC owes you no financial compensation or royalties for displaying your submissions in these capacities.

SECTION 4 – PRICING, BILLING & PAYMENTS

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order

• Limit quantities purchased per household or order

• Correct pricing errors at any time

You agree to provide accurate and current billing information.

SECTION 5 – REFUNDS & RETURNS

Refunds and returns are governed by our Return Policy.

• Digital downloads are non-refundable

• Educational services are non-refundable once delivered or accessed

• Physical product returns must meet eligibility requirements
