• Made-to-order and print-on-demand items require additional processing time due to customization and third-party production.

• Standard production and fulfillment: Please allow up to 14 business days for processing before shipment.

• Items within the same order may be fulfilled by different partners and may ship separately. Separate tracking information will be provided when applicable.
