Service Description
Friday make-up sessions are available for students enrolled in Inspired Thinker Rookie tutoring who need to reschedule a missed session. Sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis with limited availability. Each Friday includes three make-up slots total: one for Rookie Math, one for Rookie Reading Fluency, and one for Rookie Reading Comprehension. Make-up sessions are included with an active tutoring package and must be booked only when approved or needed.

Plan Overview: The iNSPIRED tHINKER Rookie™ Tutoring Program is designed to provide young learners, ages 5–10, with a comprehensive and engaging learning experience that strengthens academic, functional, and social-emotional skills. Our reading instruction with interactive activities that foster critical thinking, communication, and self-confidence, ensuring a well-rounded approach to learning. Math Tutoring: Students build a strong foundation in number sense, addition, subtraction, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Lessons are designed to be hands-on and interactive, using age-appropriate activities, games, and visual tools. Music and rhythm are incorporated to enhance memory, focus, and engagement, making math concepts easier to internalize. Reading Tutoring: Reading instruction is divided into fluency and comprehension components. Students develop phonics, vocabulary, and word recognition skills to read confidently, while comprehension exercises focus on understanding, retelling, and critical thinking. Music and movement activities are integrated to reinforce phonics patterns, sentence structures, and storytelling skills. Functional/Social Skills & Music Therapy: Math and reading sessions include practical functional skills like following directions, self-monitoring, and problem-solving, plus music-based activities to reinforce learning, boost engagement, and support emotional regulation. Eligibility Enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. Adult supervision is recommended, especially for younger participants. Class Format Classes may be live, pre-recorded, or a combination of both. Schedules, participation details, and required materials will be shared in advance. Materials Supplies are not included unless stated. Parents are responsible for providing basic materials such as paper, calculator, etc. Billing & Renewal This plan is not automatically renewed. Cancellation & Refunds Payments are non-refundable once processed. Missed or unused classes do not qualify for refunds or credits after the three-month period. Code of Conduct Respectful behavior is expected during all sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from a class without refund. Content Updates iNSPIRED tHINKER reserves the right to update class content, instructors, or schedules to enhance the learning experience.
